Online therapy with HCPC-registered clinical psychologists
A specialist clinical psychology practice offering evidence-based video therapy to adults across the UK. Doctoral-level psychologists, HCPC-registered, no waiting lists.
All our psychologists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the statutory regulator for clinical psychologists in the UK.
Why choose us
Clinical psychologists, not counsellors
Every member of our team holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is registered with the HCPC. We are trained to work with complex and long-standing difficulties as well as everyday struggles like stress, low mood and feeling stuck.
Personally matched to you
Our Clinical Director conducts a free 15-minute consultation to understand your needs, then matches you with the psychologist whose expertise and therapeutic style are the best fit.
Evidence-based therapy only
We offer 12 evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, EMDR, ACT and schema therapy. Your treatment is grounded in research, not trends.
No waiting lists, no GP referral
You can start therapy within a week of getting in touch. There is no need for a GP referral and no long NHS waiting times. Sessions are available across the UK via secure video.
Online therapy works
Multiple meta-analyses have found no meaningful difference in outcomes between remote and in-person therapy. A 2024 review of 54 randomised controlled trials involving over 5,400 patients concluded that therapist-guided remote CBT was as effective as face-to-face CBT for anxiety, depression, insomnia and other difficulties (Zandieh et al., CMAJ, 2024). An earlier meta-analysis of 20 trials reached the same conclusion across ten difficulties including social anxiety, panic disorder and depression (Carlbring et al., 2018).
Many of our clients tell us they prefer online sessions because they can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own home, without the stress of travel or time away from work. All sessions take place via secure, encrypted video, meeting the same confidentiality standards as an in-person appointment.
