We work with a wide range of emotional, psychological and relational concerns. Common areas include anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, chronic health conditions, sleep problems and more. Our clinical psychologists tailor therapy to your unique situation and can help you build the tools to manage both current challenges and future ones.
Online therapy sessions happen via secure video conferencing. Before your first appointment, you’ll receive guidance on how to connect, what to expect, and how to set up a comfortable, private space. Sessions run the same as face-to-face therapy, just from wherever works best for you.
Research consistently shows that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression and PTSD. Many people actually prefer it because of the convenience and comfort of being in their own environment.
After you get in touch, you’ll have a 15-minute consultation with our Clinical Director. They’ll get a sense of your needs, preferences and goals, and then match you with a psychologist whose expertise and therapeutic style are the best fit for you.
Sessions are priced at £125 each. We are registered with all major health insurance providers including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Cigna, Vitality, WPA and Healix. We handle all the invoicing and administration with your insurer directly.
We are a specialist clinical psychology practice, not a general therapy marketplace. All of our therapists are doctoral-level clinical psychologists registered with the HCPC. Our triage process ensures you’re matched with the right clinician, and our small, focused team means you receive genuinely personalised care.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Most people start with weekly sessions to build momentum, but frequency can be adjusted as therapy progresses. Your psychologist will discuss what’s likely to work best for your situation.
Your first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what’s brought you to therapy. Your psychologist will ask about your current difficulties, background, and goals. It’s also your chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether the approach feels right. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to.
Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with a few important exceptions required by law, such as when there is a risk of serious harm to you or others. Your psychologist will explain confidentiality fully at the start of therapy.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session rate.
You’ll need a device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet or smartphone), a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. We use a secure, encrypted video platform that works in most standard web browsers.
Your psychologist will regularly check in on how things are going and may use validated questionnaires to track progress over time. Therapy is collaborative, so your feedback plays a central role in shaping the work.
Yes. Several of our clinicians have specialist experience working with ADHD and autism. We adapt the pace, structure and tools we use so that therapy fits how you think and work, rather than expecting you to fit a standard approach.
