Therapies we offer

We choose the right therapy for you

During your initial consultation, we'll explore your goals, history, preferences and any past therapy experience. From there, we can match you with a clinical psychologist whose expertise and therapeutic style align with what you need.

Our commitment to evidence and safety

All of our clinical psychologists are trained to doctoral level and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We only use therapies with strong research evidence.

What to expect

Therapy typically starts with weekly sessions to build momentum, and can be adjusted as you progress. Your psychologist will regularly review how things are going and adapt the approach to what works best for you.
